1. Who we are
This website and its lead-generation forms are operated by Sera Mekatronik Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Sera Mekatronik”, “we”, “us”), Çamtepe Mh. Halep Blv. No:20, Şahinbey / Gaziantep, Türkiye. We design, manufacture and install turnkey greenhouse and hydroponic growing systems.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a form on this website, or a lead form shown in our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram, we collect the information you provide, which may include: your full name, email address, telephone number, country/state, company name, and details about your project (planned area, crop type, land status, timeline). We also receive basic technical data such as IP address and browser type when you visit this website.
3. Why we use it
We use this information only to: respond to your enquiry; prepare a quotation, layout or technical proposal; contact you by email, telephone, WhatsApp or messaging apps about your enquiry; and keep records of our commercial correspondence. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

If you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta Platforms also processes that submission under its own privacy policy.

We are based in Türkiye. If you contact us from the United States or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and stored in Türkiye and the European Union.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, where a commercial relationship begins, for the period required by applicable commercial and tax legislation.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@seramekatronik.com. We will respond within the period required by law.
