ENGINEERING AND CONSULTANCY
Our company provides consultancy services on natural gas, energy efficiency, heating efficiency in greenhouses, savings revisions and mechanical installations with its engineers.
Greenhouse Heating Systems
Our company completes the installation phase with great precision by designing the greenhouse heating systems, which it undertakes, together with its experienced, professional teams, after the heat losses and calorie calculations. We make installations in accordance with the project designed with carrier consoles and fasteners, by supplying metal and plastic pipes used in greenhouse interior heating.
“Sera Mekatronik” offers you to install a modern and fully automatic heating system in order to grow your product in the most suitable temperature and weather conditions.
The central heating system consists of the following elements:
- Hot water boiler and fuel tank
- Heat distribution and heating network
- Control of heat systems with automation
Climatization and Climate Control Systems
With the renewed and developing technology, the systems developed for conditioning the ambient air with methods such as heating, cooling, and humidification, in order to increase the comfort of the living area, are called air conditioning systems. Air Conditioning Systems applications, Outdoor weather conditions, Comfort conditions, Functionality, Reliability, Robustness, Longevity, Compliance with advanced technology, Low costs for initial investment, Ease of application, Ease of use and maintenance, Suitability for development, Energy saving, Environmental sensitivity, etc. Since it is an area that can be affected by dozens of criteria such as engineering knowledge, it should be projected and implemented by qualified and competent teams. As a greenhouse engineering company, we offer our valued customers, high-quality project design, contracting, and consultancy services (in the light of our 30 years of experience) in the field of Air Conditioning Systems.
Air conditioning systems vary according to the purpose of use of the buildings, the region, and the external weather conditions depending on the region. Investors, building owners, or users of the building may request different operating conditions. For these reasons, air conditioning systems are generally designed, installed, and operated in various types and features in order to meet these needs. The purpose of classifying air conditioning systems is to distinguish one system from another and to create a method that will facilitate choosing the most appropriate air conditioning system depending on the needs. If the designer cannot correctly identify and distinguish one air conditioning system from the others, it will be difficult for the customer to select the appropriate system.
The following criteria should be considered in the classification of air conditioning systems:
– The classification of air-conditioning systems should include, if possible, details of the heating and cooling systems as well as priority issues of the air distribution system. Because the air distribution system is directly effective in controlling the indoor air temperature and quality.
– The system and the main elements used must be compatible with each other. For example, in a package-type system, the main element is the package-type device.
– System classifications should be based on practical applications. For example, since indoor air quality has become one of the primary criteria for the determination of an air conditioning system, it should be considered how accurate it is to talk about the existence of an aqueous system that cannot be connected to fresh air.
- System classification should be simple, each air conditioning system should be distinctly different from the other.
The main elements of Air Conditioning Systems;
1 - Air handling units
2 - VRF systems
3 - Heaters&coolers; fan coils, batteries, chiller groups, electric heaters, natural gas air heaters, evaporative coolers
4 - Dehumidification and humidification devices
INDUSTRIAL PIPE AND TANK INSULATION
In industrial facilities, insulation is required in equipment such as pipes, furnaces, heat exchangers, boilers, valves, armatures, and air conditioning ducts that carry or contain hot or cold fluids. We can list the general purposes of applying insulation to hot and cold lines as follows;
- To save energy by preventing the heat escaping from the surfaces in hot lines and the heat absorbed from the surfaces in cold lines with insulation,
- Ensuring the elimination of hazards such as sound, fire, sweating, condensation, evaporation, and freezing that may prevent the production efficiency of the facility and the healthy operation of the equipment,
As Sera Mühendislik, we provide engineering and application services in industrial insulation projects. Material selection and application in insulation applications of pipes and equipment, the insulation work method is very important. Correct isolation practices ensure the safety of the employees and the production-energy efficiency of the enterprises.
